SUMMARY: FICIX1 facility owner company (Technopolis) is performing annual mains
power service 10-August-2010. The entire building where FICIX1 is located  will be
disconnected from the power network during the work. FICIX1 switch is UPS and diesel
protected so no implications to normal service should occur. Traffic reporting service
may thus become unreachable as it is feeded by separate UPS'es only.

DETAILS: The entire building where FICIX1 is located will be disconnected from
power network during 20:00-24:00 EET-DST (UTC+3), Tue 10-Aug-2010.
Reason for the work is annual cleaning and testing of the site main transformers
and emergency relays.
FICIX1 switch and root-server services are connected to UPS devices and to diesel
generator so all operational services should be running troughout the maintenance.
Traffic reporting proxies are feeded by separate UPS systems and they may become
unreachable if maintenance continues longer than UPS capacity last.

FICIX2 and FICIX3 -sites will be in full operation during the work.

Members should notify internal and external operational units about this
planned work, most important being NOC's and Helpdesks/Customer Services
