SUMMARY: FICIX1 at Espoo will be upgraded to new software release wednesday 16-December-2009.
All services will be down during the upgrade. Estimated time for the work is 1 hours max.

DETAILS: FICIX1 switch require new software version to support new port security parameters.

Members are requested NOT to shutdown ports during the work. Disabling BGP sesssions
or otherwise moving traffic away from FICIX1 is encouraged to avoid unnecessary
blackholing.

FICIX2 and FICIX3 -sites will be in full operation during the change.

Connected members should notify internal and external operational units about this
planned work, most important being NOC's and Helpdesks/Customer Services.
