SUMMARY: k.root-servers.net hardware change. Expected impact to either IXP operations
or root-server operations are none.

DETAILS: K-root server hardware at FICIX2 will be replaced by new set of servers.
Work shouldn't have any impact to IXP switch, statistics or root-server peerings,
as the current and new server platforms are redundant. Work is carried out by
replacing one server at a time and should be completed within business hours.
