SUMMARY: FICIX3 at Oulu will be upgraded to new software release tuesday 25-June-2008.
All services will be down during the upgrade. Estimated time for the work is 1 hours max.

DETAILS: FICIX3 switch require new software version to support 1000Base-T SFP modules.

Members are requested NOT to shutdown ports during the work. Disabling BGP sesssions
or otherwise moving traffic away from FICIX3 is encouraged to avoid unnecessary
blackholing.

FICIX1 and FICIX2 -sites will be in full operation during the change.

Connected members should notify internal and external operational units about this
planned work, most important being NOC's and Helpdesks/Customer Services.
