SUMMARY: FICIX2 facility owner company (YLE) is performing tests to diesel
generators 5-Dec-2007. All main 20 kVA power feeds to entire location will
be shutdown during the test. FICIX2 is UPS protected / diesel protected so
no implications to normal service should occur.

DETAILS: All 20 kVA main power feeds to area where FICIX2 is located are
shutdown during the test. Startup time for diesel's is 10 sec which time
UPS service will supply the mains power.

FICIX2 is connected to UPS device (25 kVA), and to two diesel generators,
for maximum redundancy. FICIX2 will run with UPS power during the diesel
startup time. The test is not expected to affect FICIX2 service at all.

FICIX1 -site will be in full operation during the test.

Members should notify internal and external operational units about this
planned work, most important being NOC's and Helpdesks/Customer Services.
